New Delhi: ‘Real Steel’ beats out George Clooney starrer ‘Ides of March’ for the number 1 spot at the North America box office, grossing 27.3 million US dollars over the weekend.
According to audience review aggregator CinemaScore, the DreamWorks’ robot-boxing movie, which opened at 3,440 locations in the US and Canada scored and average grade of A from moviegoers, stars Hugh Jackman in the lead role who trains a bunch of robots to box for a living, Xinhua reported.

‘Dolphin Tale’ earned revenue of 9.2 million dollars in its third week of screening, whereas ‘Moneyball’ landed fourth in the list of most-popular North American movies this weekend.
