Russell Crowe denies ‘Westworld’ rumours on Twitter

London: Russell Crowe has denied that he’s set to play a part in a remake of Michael Crichton's sci-fi thriller ‘Westworld’.

It was rumoured that the Gladiator actor had signed up for a new version of the 1973 film, which was also author Crichton's first undertaking as a big screen director and also starred Yul Brynner as a gun slinging android at a fantasy theme park.

"‘WestWorld’ purely a rumour, I’ve never been contacted about it,” The Daily Star quoted Crowe as tweeting.
