Shooting in New York was chaotic: Bradley

London: Actor Bradley Cooper didn`t enjoy shooting on the streets of New York for his new action thriller "Limitless" because of the constant paparazzi presence.

"It was chaotic. You couldn`t lock it down. It was definitely a new experience because it was not a huge budget and we weren`t able to block off sections. There were paparazzi right (there)... when you`re trying to talk to the director. It was kind of mayhem," Cooper, whose romance with Renee Zellweger has made him a tabloid target, told New York Daily News.

However, the actor later realised that it wasn`t all bad filming in the less touristy areas of the city, reports contactmusic.com.

"We always sort of knew that was going to happen and I`m really glad we reshot it, I like the ending a lot," he said.

Bradley, better known for his role as Phil Wenneck in the 2009 hit "The Hangover", is playing a wannabe author in director Neil Burger`s "Limitless".

Cooper has teamed up with Robert De Niro in the movie.
