Snoop Dogg to play father in Warner Bros’ new sitcom

New York: Snoop Dogg has signed a deal with Warner bros TV to star in a new family sitcom in which he would play a father.

According to, the 39-year-old rapper, who is all set to play his part in the untitled project, has already headlined an E! reality show, ‘Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood’, which was built around his home life and featured his wife and three kids, the New York Post reported.

The ‘Doggystyle’ hitmaker had been recently cast in the big-screen movie ‘The Legend of Fillmre Slim’.

Dogg will be working on the untitled current project with TV veteran Don Reo, who has also been a consulting producer for the last few years on the CBS sitcom ‘Two and a Half Men’.
