Los Angeles: `Midnight in Paris` star Tom Hiddleston, who plays God of Mischief Loki in `Thor` movies, wants his character to have a romantic angle.
Since `Thor`, played by Chris Hemsworth, has Jane Foster as his love interest, Hiddleston feels Loki should also hook up with the Enchantress in Marvel`s film, reported Ace Showbiz.
The British actor said he would love to see Loki hooking up with the Enchantress, the beautiful sorceress who, in the comic books, helped Loki fight Thor several times. Hiddleston believes she would be a perfect partner to Loki "because she is as sneaky and as untrustworthy as he was".
"When I was first reading the comics, the relationship with the Enchantress was one of the really fun things I thought would be good to explore, and may have even pitched it to Kevin Feige at some point," the 32-year-old star told Total Film.
"They basically had a really fantastic and twisted relationship until they both say, `You know what? I don`t trust you as far as I can throw you. It`s over.` Because they keep betraying each other, in a way. So it could be good," Hiddleston said.
The actor is all set to reprise his role as Loki in `Thor: The Dark World` where Hemsworth and Natalie Portman are set to return as the God of Thunder and his leading lady respectively.
The sequel to 2011`s `Thor` is out on November 8 in the US.
