John Travolta has signed up to play John Gotti in the biopic of the legendary mafia family.

London: Actor John Travolta has signed up to play John Gotti in the biopic of the legendary mafia family.The "Grease" star has been linked to the role since last year and reportedly met with the gangster`s son John Gotti, Jr. early this year.
Dailystar.co.uk reports that the mafia don`s daughter, Victoria, also gave the actor her stamp of approval to play her dad and now bosses at Fiore Films have confirmed Travolta`s involvement in director Nick Cassavetes` movie.
The film has been titled as "Gotti: Three Generations".
