Zindagi, the new entertainment channel is bringing to its viewers a show which was amongst the most loved in Pakistan written by Umera Ahmed who penned the much acclaimed characters Kashaf Murtaza and Zaroon Junaid from ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’.
It has taken Karan Kundra three years to come back to the fiction genre on the small screen after gaining prominence with `Kitani Mohabbat Hai`. The actor is wary of the hectic lifestyle of a "daily soap" artist, but he says he will never leave the world of television behind him for Bollywood.
Having immortalised strong women-oriented roles on TV screens across the border, young and multi-faceted Sanam Saeed, known to Indian audiences as Kashaf Murtaza of ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’, says that while India makes the most of its filmmaking capacity to tell stories, the medium in Pakistan is TV.
She had her share of drama and problems in the last season of reality show "Bigg Boss", but looking back at her experience makes Pratyusha Banerjee realise that it wasn`t that bad. Given an opportunity, she wouldn`t mind revisiting the house for the new season.
