Dharamshala: From living in slums to switching parents and doing household chores, reality show `Big Switch` made the rich spoilt brats realise the value of money in its three seasons. However, the new season of the show gets harder, with more challenges and hardships involved during its shooting here.
And to guide the youngsters in following the right path is actor and host Gaurav Chopra.
Giving an insight Gaurav said: "This season takes the show to another level. These lazy, rich, spoilt people will be made to realize how a normal person works and what hardships of life he has to undergo."
"The season is much more tougher. There is no place for the weak in it. Our parameter was to pick people, who we thought will find it difficult to do the tasks," he added.
The first season of the show, hosted by actress Genelia D`Souza, saw rich kids living in slums. VJ Gaurav Kapur was roped in to host the second season, which saw switching of parents.
The third season had director Rohit Shetty taking up the role of a mentor for rich kids, who helped them in leading a life without luxuries. And the fourth season is all about survival.
Set in the beautiful terrain of Dharamshala, the participants of the new season are put in tents and are given different tasks, which will help them earn money and get basic necessities, including blanket and a heater.
This is the first time the show is following such a pattern as the earlier seasons saw contestants competing individually.
The contestants of the show have been divided in teams of four people each. The teams are from Mumbai, Chandigarh and Delhi. The fourth season goes on air Jan 13 on Bindass channel.
