Britney to perform on ‘X Factor’

London, Nov 02: Simon Cowell has confirmed that pop star Britney Spears will be performing on the ‘X Factor’ in two weeks’ time.Cowell said that the ‘Toxic’ singer would be on show on November 15.

“I’m really excited about it, because she’s got her act together now and the new record’s terrific,” News of the World quoted him, as saying. “She’s come back from a very dark place and is a great artist,” he added. Britney’s past few years have been extremely turbulent but the singer is getting back to her best with new single Womanizer. “I think that what’s happened in the last two years has made her more interesting,” Cowell said. “She wants to be the biggest star in the world again—and she’s got a shot,” he added.
