London: Pop star Cheryl Cole has fuelled rumours that she would be the next ‘Big Brother’ host by talking about her love of all things British.
She also admitted she gets homesick while working in LA.
The proud Geordie vowed never to forget her roots, and she is not prepared to tone down her north-east twang to break the States.
“It’s going nowhere. Absolutely nowhere,” said Cole.
It’s the singer’s biggest hint yet that she could be prepared to snub the US and front reality megahit show when it returns later in the year.
She talked about her passion for Britain as she waited in Hollywood to find out if she will be named as a judge on the US X Factor.
“Ringtons tea from Newcastle is the best. I always ask my family to bring me some when they visit,” the Daily Star quoted Cole as telling Glamour magazine.
“I also miss British chocolate, American chocolate is awful! It’s like wax. I have to get some Dairy Milk or Galaxy brought out. As for their KitKats, I don’t know how they can even call them KitKats,” she added.
Cheryl showed she is the best of British as she got on her bike and rolled on a typically English lawn for a stunning photo shoot for the magazine.
