`Doctor Who` series 8 to premiere at Edinburgh TV Festival

London: `Doctor Who` fans will be able to catch the series eight premiere episode early at this year`s Edinburgh TV Festival. The 39th annual Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival will screen `Deep Breath` on August 21, reportedly. The festival will also screen the first episode of the new series of `Dynamo: Magician Impossible`, followed by a Q&A with the star, along with a screening of the documentary series Showrunners on August 22. Tickets for the event will be available from August 4. `Doctor Who` returns on August 23, showing on BBC One in the UK and BBC America in the US.
