Los Angeles: 'Prison Break' star Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller will reunite in an episode of 'The Flash'.

Miller was cast in July as the iconic DC Comics villain Captain Cold in an early episode of 'The Flash', which will now also feature Purcell, according to reports.

Purcell will be playing the fire-obsessed Heat Wave, who has been portrayed in the comics as a member of Captain Cold's gang the Rogues.

The duo's evil plot in 'The Flash' will be opposed by the fastest man alive Barry Allen (Grant Gustin)

'The Flash's first season will also feature 'Prison Break' alum Robert Knepper, who will reprise his 'Arrow' character The Clock King.

'Prison Break' veteran Peter Stormare recently signed on to appear in 'Arrow' season three as the new incarnation of Count Vertigo.

'The Flash' premieres on October 7 in the US.
