Washington: Music mogul Simon Cowell has denied rumours of George Michael joining him as a judge on the US version of ‘The X Factor.’

‘The Faith’ hitmaker was reportedly preparing to make his comeback with a central role on the reality TV show after he was spotted in a meeting with ‘The X Factor’ creator Cowell in November, reports Contactmusic. But Cowell has brushed away rumours, he said, "(Michael) will not be a judge on the US ‘The X Factor’,” in an interview. The TV job was expected to mark Michael`s return to the spotlight following a series of personal woes, which recently saw him serve time behind bars for driving under the influence of drugs. ANI
