Los Angeles: Actress Jamie Lee Curtis has landed the starring role in CBS` untitled David Marshall Grant medical drama.
The 55-year-old actress, whose last regular TV role was in 1989 `Anything But Love`, would be playing Caroline, the quadruplets` mother, who is a dynamic and distinguished physician, running the Easton Hospital, said a leading daily.
The medical drama is based on the Israeli format, `Ran Quartet`, which revolved around three brothers and a sister, who grew up on a reality show.
The actress has guest starred in `NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service` and `New Girl`
