Janet Jackson has no time for US ‘X Factor’

Washington: Janet Jackson has declined a potential offer to join the next season of America’s ‘The X Factor’ because she just can’t work the show into her schedule.

It was rumoured that the singer will take up a seat as a judge on Simon Cowell’s hit TV talent hunt following the departure of Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul after the first series.

But Jackson has ruled herself out of the show saying that she is too busy right now.

“I’m very flattered that X Factor let me know that I was being considered for next season, but it just wouldn’t be possible,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling E! News.

Jackson is busy in preparations for her next ‘Number Ones Up Close and Personal Tour’ as well as role in a Tyler Perry movie.
