Los Angeles: "Star Trek: Voyager" actress Jeri Ryan is joining the season four of TV series "Arrow".

The 47-year-old actress will guest star in the second episode of the new season as Queen family friend Jessica Danforth, Access Hollywood reported.

Jessica will come across a menacing antagonist after her political ambitions lead her astray.

Meanwhile, "Teen Wolf" star JR Bourne has also signed up to star in one episode as DC comic book villain Double Down.

Double Down - aka Jeremy Tell - is a con artist and compulsive gambler. He was created by Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver, and first appeared in The Flash comics in 2001.

"Arrow" will also introduce Echo Kellum, Jimmy Akingbola and Alexander Calvert as DC characters Mister Terrific, Baron Blitzkrieg and Anarky in season four.
"Arrow" returns to The CW from October 7.
