Lindsay makes a comeback as `Saturday Night Live` host

Lindsay Lohan was keen to make her comeback with the comedy show ‘Saturday Night Live’.

Los Angeles: Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was so keen to make her comeback with the comedy show ‘Saturday Night Live’ that she herself approached executive producer Lorne Michaels to book the hosting gig.
Lohan has always enjoyed doing the show but was waiting for the right time to do it again, reports a website. According to sources, Lohan feels doing the show again will remind people she is an actress, not a defendant. Sources close to Lohan told a website that she has always felt the ‘Saturday Night Live’ executive producer has been very fatherly towards her throughout the years. So now that her community service is coming to an end, sources said Lohan called up Lorne and asked him to consider her for the show again. They had multiple conversations and eventually settled on a date -- March 3. IANS
