Los Angeles: Singer Nicki Minaj is likely to quit ‘American Idol 12’ because she wants to focus on her own music career.
"It`s safe to say she isn`t coming back to `Idol`. She`s okay with it. She had a great time, but was only going to do one season anyway," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
The ‘Moment For Life’ singer appears as a judge on the reality music show alongside Keith Urban, Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson.
Jackson recently confirmed he is leaving the show too.
