Mumbai: Salman Khan will be back on the small screen with your favourite but controversial reality show Bigg Boss next week. The hunk of a superstar has been hosting Bigg Boss since its fourth season and will mark his association with the show for the seventh consecutive time this year.

The Bigg Boss house also transforms into a platform for movie stars to promote their films. Who wouldn’t want to promote their film on a show with Salman Khan as the host, right? So can you guess which celebrity will share the stage with Salman first?

Well, it’s not Karan Johar or his ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ cast! According to a report in dnaindia.com originally attributed to a leading tabloid, Deepika Padukone has reportedly booked the first slot.

The Bollywood hottie will promote her debut Hollywood flick ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ opposite Vin Diesel on the show.

Interestingly, Salman, who hasn’t worked with Deepika yet, told her to work with him at least now. He reportedly said, “Ab toh humare saath bhi act kar lo.” He will be seen taking jibes at her in his usual witty style, report suggests.

Deepika’s chemistry with Vin Diesel has already impressed Hollywood fans in India. And the dimpled girl is all set to make a splash in the west and join the league of Indian actors who have created a niche for themselves in Hollywood.

‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’! Will Aishwarya Rai meet Salman Khan?

Deepika had made her presence in the house of Bigg Boss last year too, to promote ‘Bajirao Mastani’. But the big question is – Will Aishwarya Rai Bachchan turn up to promote ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’?

Though we would love to see Ash making her debut on Salman’s show but it looks likely that she will skip it. And we all know the reason.

Nonetheless, recently on being asked if she would work with her former beau Salman, she said ‘YES’. But Ash did have one condition. She wanted the script and the director to be exceptional.

The tenth season of Bigg Boss promises to be entirely different from what we have seen now. For the uninitiated, Bigg Boss will have common people as contestants for the first time.
