Series `Better Call Saul` to be a prequel to `Breaking Bad`

Creator of hit television series `Breaking Bad`, Vince Gilligan, said the new series `Better Call Saul` will be more likely a prequel than a sequel to the show.

Los Angeles: Creator of hit television series `Breaking Bad`, Vince Gilligan, said the new series `Better Call Saul` will be more likely a prequel than a sequel to the show.
It took almost two months for 46-year-old Gilligan and writer-producer Peter Gould to lean more towards making it a prequel, which will star Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, reported Aceshowbiz. "We think, by and large, this show will be a prequel, but the wonderful thing about the fractured chronology we employed on `Breaking Bad` for many years is the audience will not be thrown by us jumping around in time," Gilligan said. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have each expressed their interest in making cameo on the series.
