Shah Rukh Khan to host the fourth season of ‘Bigg Boss’?
Mumbai: TV channels have started browsing popular Bollywood faces to host their respective popular reality shows after the megastar Amitabh Bachchan announced that he will be hosting the fourth season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. Especially, the ‘Bigg Boss' makers are at a loss after losing their ‘pop philosopher’ and are hastily looking to rope in a superstar for their show.
If reports are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan, would be hosting the celebrity reality show in all probability. Sources reveal that even Aamir Khan and Sanjay Dutt were approached for the fourth season of the show, but they refused.
If Shah Rukh Khan agrees, he will charge heavily, as he will have to break his contract with another channel. Moreover, taking on Big B would be a momentous task for the younger actor.
It should be remembered that SRK had hosted the third season of ‘KBC’ but he had failed to match the Big B euphoria. Now, if he hosts ‘Bigg Boss’, which was earlier hosted by Amitabh, the rivalry will further aggravate.
Speculation over the contestants has begun too. Sara Khan of ‘Bidaai’ is tipped to be the first contestant.
Arshad Warsi and Shilpa Shetty have hosted the first two seasons of ‘Bigg Boss’ respectively.
'Bigg Boss' is a popular celebrity reality TV programme, based on the 'Big Brother' format, which was first developed by Endemol in the Netherlands.
