Siddharth Shukla becomes `hero` in Karan Johar`s eyes
Mumbai: Siddharth Shukla, who has gained popularity for his portrayal of Shivraj Shekhar of `Balika Vadhu`, has a `hero-wala quality` about him, filmmaker Karan Johar said on a dance reality show.
Siddharth is a contestant on `Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6`, while Karan is one of the judges along with Madhuri Dixit and Remo D`Souza.
The actor, along with his choreographer Sonia Jaffer did a mix of contemporary and rumba dance forms for the forthcoming fusion episode. They danced to the number "Tere bin main yun kaise jiya".
The act led Karan to say, "If `Jhalak...` was a movie, you would have been the hero of it. Your personality and charisma has the quality of a hero," revealed a source from the set.
The filmmaker also said how Siddharth will be noticed on whichever platform he performs, and that he has a hero-like quality in him.
