Mumbai: Now that `Mahabharat` is going to go off air Saturday, actor Anoop Singh Thakur, who plays King Dhritarashtra in the show is looking out for greener pastures in filmdom.

"The show (`Mahabharat`) is going off air soon and now if there is an end, there is always a beginning. So I am really keen to move into movies," Anoop said in a statement.

If a source is to be believed, he has a few offers from the southern film world, but he is focused only on Bollywood.

"I would like to do roles that are serious, especially action stuff. I would love to do performance-oriented roles and (I will) try to do full justice to them," he added.

Meanwhile, `Mahabharat`, will end Saturday.
