Los Angeles: American adult animated sitcom "South Park" has been renewed for three seasons, spanning 30 episodes.
It will keep the enduring series, created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, on Comedy Central through 2019.
Comedy Central said that will make "South Park" cable's longest-running scripted primetime series. The show's 19th season bows September 16.
Parker and Stone continue to write and direct every episode of the series that follows a group of four boys and their friends living in the small town of South Park, Colo.
"We love working for Doug and with everyone at Comedy Central. They've given us an insane level of artistic and creative freedom for almost 20 years. They walk the walk," the duo said in a statement.
