Swami Agnivesh’s “women special” mission on `Bigg Boss`

Zeenews Bureau

Mumbai: A controversial personality himself, Swami Agnivesh is all set to enter the infamous house of `Bigg Boss` today with a special mission. And he intends to create awareness among the women inmates of the house about their social responsibilities.

Talking to a daily, the Swami said, “The girls inside the house don`t seem to have any social responsibility. I want to make them realize just how many girl children are killed in the womb and how many women are burnt alive in the name of sati”.

The 72 year old social activist wants to educate all the women inside the house about the “pathetic condition” of a girl child in the society.

He wants to sensitise the fairer sex that has been involved in a number of ugly controversies.

The Swami does not think that his reputation will go for a toss if he participates in the show.

“Not at all. Initially, when I asked some people if I should consider the offer, 90% discouraged me. But after I watched some episodes of the show, I realized I could create awareness among the women."

Moreover he seemed to have liked the way Pooja Bedi and Laxmi Tripathi have been conducting themselves on the show.
Agnivesh is looking forward to having a constructive stay in the house of ` Bigg Boss` and he has no qualms sharing the roof with the inmates.

“If I can stay with the Maoists, I can definitely stay with these people,” he said.

Whether or not Agnivesh’s gyan will help the women inside the house get sensible, the show is bound to garner eye brow raising TRPs for sure!
