When TVs leading ladies competed for Madhavan`s attention

New Delhi: TV stars Ragini Khanna and Ratan Rajput, who began their showbiz career with the same show, re-united on the sets of Big Money hosted by Bollywood actor R Madhavan.

Beginning as sisters with `Radha Ki Betiyan` on Imagine TV, Ragini and Ratan went on to star as leading ladies in serials `Sasural Genda Phool` on Star Plus and Zee TV`s `Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo` respectively. The duo tried to outdo each other in impressing the actor and were competing for the attention of the shy Madhavan on the sets of Big Money, sources said. Ragini made Madhavan dance to the Telugu version of `Saathiya`, which starred him while Ratan impressed with her witty dialogues in chaste Bhojpuri and also chased the actor around on the sets in jest. `Big Money` is a game show which tests the competitors` knowledge about programmes and advertisements shown on the small screen. "Initially I was bit apprehensive about my own knowledge on various TV shows since we hardly get time to watch TV. But the questions here were so easy that anyone can answer and win a lot of money," said Ragini. PTI
