Mumbai: As a TV concept, ‘Bigg Boss’ came in as a huge surprise for Indian telly viewers. It was a show that was never seen before. With the successful completion of 7 seasons, ‘Bigg Boss’ promises to return next year with its latest edition.
However, the biggest question is- who would host the show?
Bollywood heavyweight Salman Khan associated himself with the show since its fourth season. As a host, the hunk of an actor stole the limelight and helped ‘Bigg Boss’ top the TRP chart!
The first season was hosted by Arshad Warsi, the second by ‘Big Brother’ winner and actress Shilpa Shetty and the third by megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
But with Salman’s association, ‘Bigg Boss’ became a household name and immensely popular.
While concluding the seventh season, the superstar said that he may meet the followers of the show next year. However, there was a lot of ambiguity in the way he spoke but he did make people wonder about his future association with the super-hit show.
It is also being speculated that Khan might even produce the show next year.
Nonetheless, it would be interesting to if Salman Khan would play host to a set of new contestants in the next season. After all, he is “people’s man”, no?
