‘X Factor’ backstage to have no alcohol, courtesy Britney Spears’ team

Los Angeles: Pop star Britney Spears` team has banned alcohol from backstage at the `X Factor` and made sure she will not be sent any as a gift. Spears has worked hard to get her career back on track after her well documented breakdown and as she makes her primetime debut on the talent show her team members are taking no chances of anything going wrong, reported a magazine. "Very important. We require you to empty minibars of all alcohol. And no gifts of wine or any other alcoholic beverages, please," Spears` representatives said in a note. Drink is not the only thing the 30-year-old is believed to have banned from the show - pretty women are also not allowed backstage. "Britney has stipulated that none of the backstage staff working with her are too pretty or stylish," said a source. PTI
