New Delhi: There might be rivalry among the top three Khans of Bollywood, but the fraternity has always stood together when in times of crisis.
Since its release 'PK' has been the centre of all controversies. Many religious outfits came out to protest against the movie as they alleged that the Rajkumar Hirani movie insults the sentiments of Hindus. Shah Rukh Khan has now come out in support of the movie.
Speaking to a leading daily, the Badshah said that the censor board has the final say before the release of any movie, and the board is a team of good thinking people who have the power to judge whether any movie has any negative intentions or not.
SRK also added that films in India have to undergo a rigorous censor and once that's done it's officially passed. Yes, there will always be people who have issues but they shouldn't take it into the system where the whole idea of censorship stretches to the extent of being banal, the report said.
Despite controversies, 'PK' has done well since its release. Many of the B-town stars came out to support the film and condemn the violent protests.
