'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil': Karan Johar in trouble - Fawad Khan starrer will not be shown in single screens

New Delhi: Troubles just don't seem to end for Karan Johar's upcoming release 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' which stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Latest reports claim that some theatre owners have withdrawn their support from the film's release which also features Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.

"We have decided that we will not screen these films (with Pak actors). After Pakistan banned our content, we decided to boycott Paki actors, technicians etc in India" ANI quoted Cinema Owners Association president Nitin Datar as saying.

"The association is not going to screen any movie and the decision implies from today until things don't get normal. States included under the association are Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa. We are also in the process of requesting other associations connected with the film industry to support the sentiments in the best interest of our nation," he said.

If implemented, this will have a heavy impact on the Box Office collections of the film.
