Mumbai: This year saw some splendid performances on celluloid. If R Madhavan returned to the silverscreen as the adorable Manu on the one hand, we saw Salman Khan deliver a gem as ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ on the other. The second half of the year proved auspicious for Indian cinema which back-to-back blockbusters raking in the moolah at the Box Office.

Here’s taking a look at the actors who stole your heart:

Manu Madhavan:

Madhavan’s act as Manu was incredibly awesome. He delivered a performance that’s worth loud applause.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan Salman:

As Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Salman redefined the role of a Bollywood hero. He won hearts across the globe as an innocent God fearing man, who puts his life at stake to escort a Pakistani girl child to her hometown.

Prem Salman Khan:

Soon after ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Salman returned to the silverscreen in a double role. Salman made millions of hearts skip a beat both as a Royal and a commoner.

Ved Ranbir Kapoor:

After 3 back-toback- debacles, Ranbir returned to the silverscreen as Ved who is in love with stories. He plays a character that essays another character in the film! His complex mind leads to turbulent times in his life and he realises he needs to get back on track.

Bajirao Ranveer Singh:

Ranveer took all what was needed to get into the skin of the character of Bajirao. The young man, who recently completed five years Bollywood, has proved that he is here to play a very long and an impressive inning.

Dilwala Shah Rukh:

‘Dilwale’ saw Shah Rukh essaying two diverse roles. After ‘Happy New Year’, SRK sizzled on the silverscreen with his favourite co-star Kajol.
