‘BOSS’ trailer: Watch Akshay Kumar and Ronit Roy lock horns!

New Delhi: Action films are Akshay Kumar’s staple genre. He has grown up as an actor performing high-octane action stunts. Keeping his association with action movies intact, Akshay is back yet again in ‘BOSS’, a full-on action drama. If you have seen ‘Rowdy Rathore’ and ‘Khiladi 786’, Akshay’s last year’s duds, you would instantly zero in on the similarity between these films and ‘BOSS’. So here our ‘BOSS’ (Akshay) or the messiah is locking horns with the bad cop Ronit Roy. The story has some moments of melodrama and romance also sneaked in. Well, going by the trailer, we feel that action has fallen hard for the genre of mindless entertainers and the dialogues in the trailer completely makes us feel so. When a goon asks BOSS why he is standing at the right side of the screen instead of facing him in a straightforward manner, the latter’s answer goes, “Kabhi suna nahi kya (haven’t you heard?), the boss is always right?” What a lame reply it is!
