The film is being produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. This will be the second time that Farhan and Amitabh will collaborate for a film. Their last collaboration was in 2004, when Farhan had directed the superstar in Hrithik Roshan-starrer film 'Lakshay'. Big B made a special appearance in the film.
