Mumbai: YRF’s ‘Dhoom 3’ has just got bigger as its makers are keen to cast an A-list Hollywood actress opposite Aamir Khan in the franchise.
Buzz has it that producer Aditya Chopra and director Vijay Krishna Acharya are looking forward to cast Natalie Portman, Penelope Cruz or Eva Longoria as the female lead in ‘Dhoom 3.’
Talking to a daily, a source said, “The names you mention are definitely in the list. Yashraj has never worked with an international star in any of its films. The production house has now decided to take the ‘Dhoom’ franchise to a global level. One safe and effective way of going global would be the casting of a Hollywood hottie.”
When contacted, Yashraj’s official spokesperson confirmed the news and said, “Yes, as of now some new international options are being considered.”
A big thumbs up for ‘Dhoom’ series going global!
