Los Angeles: "Whiplash" actor JK Simmons has revealed that he has signed on for possible "Terminator Genisys" follow-up movies.
Simmons, 60, portrays detective O'Brien in the movie, reported Ace Showbiz. While attending the "Genisys" premiere in Berlin, the Oscar-winning actor was asked whether his character survived this film.
"Yes, we are told O'Brien does (survive)... In fact, we went back and did a little added shot on the roof of the whole helicopter sequence to make sure that we see that after Arnold (Schwarzenegger) throws me away so that he can save people."
"I'm one of those that he saves, and I'm still alive and watching what's happening." Simmons also said that people could expect him to return to possible next "Terminator" movies. "I am signed on, so if there are sequels I will by God be there," the actor confirmed.
