Los Angeles: Actor Liev Schreiber hinted at joining Hugh Jackman in the next Wolverine movie saying that Sabretooth may appear in the film.
The 47-year-old "Scream" star who appeared at "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" spoke about chances of appearing in the next Wolverine movie which marks Jackman's last as the clawed superhero, reported Aceshowbiz.
The buzz of Sabertooth's appearance emerged after Schreiber responded to a Twitter post by Jackman, 46, which featured him doing heavy exercise at the gym, seemingly to prepare for his last stint as Wolverine. "Do I have to do that..." wrote the "Salt" actor.
"People have surmised that from my tweet, but I wasn't. I was really just saying 'Is that something I have to do as I get older? Is that how I approach middle age?' Like that," he clarified while speaking to show host.
About him returning to the franchise, the actor replied saying if the makers completely adapt the "Old Man Logan" he may feature in it.
"Well, what I heard was... I don't know if I'm invited. But I heard that the storyline is Old Man Logan.
"And when I heard that, I thought, 'Well, you know there's old man Logan, there could be old man Sabretooth. The two of us like walkers."
