Michael Fassbender to play Steve Jobs in biopic?

Los Angeles: After actor Christian Bale opted out of Steve Jobs`s biopic, Michael Fassbender is reportedly in talks to play the title role in Danny Boyle`s film.

According to a source, Fassbender is in early talks to play Jobs in the Sony project, reports variety.com.

Based on Walter Isaacson`s biography "Steve Jobs", the real-life drama will be scripted by Aaron Sorkin.

Earlier there was news that Leonardo DiCaprio was approached for the lead role, but he eventually denied it.
