Warner Bros. has picked up the movie rights to Minecraft, one of the biggest video games currently out there.

Washington: Warner Bros. has picked up the movie rights to Minecraft, one of the biggest video games currently out there.Roy Lee, one of the producers of mega-hit ` The Lego Movie`, is on board to produce the live-action adaptation, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
A video game sensation, Minecraft has sold over 35 million copies across platforms such as Xbox 360 and iOS devices since being introduced in 2009. And that`s on top of the 14 million units sold for PC.
