Parineeti Chopra to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Karan Johar’s next?

Zee Media Bureau/ Harpreet Kaur New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan’s prediction that Karan Johar should have taken Ranbir Kapoor for his next might come true. The filmmaker, who last produced as well as helmed the hit movie ‘Student Of the Year’, is considering to once again wear the director’s hat for his upcoming project. According to a tabloid, Johar has revealed that he has shifted his focus from the movie based on the Indo-Pak partition to a new project. “I am not doing the Partition love story at the moment. I am going to start work on another film, which I will direct. At the moment, I am writing a script for it and once things get finalise I will announce it,” Johar said talking to the tabloid. A source close to the filmmaker also said that Johar has started working on the script of his new project. “Karan is still writing the script for his next and most probably he has signed Ranbir for the same project. KJo has been scouting for a new face opposite the Kapoor lad and he is seriously considering Parineeti for the same,” the source said. We wonder if there is another ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ in making.
