Mumbai: Actor Aamir has been known for creating a new look for every character he does in his films. Be it a chiseled body for ‘Ghajini’ or a lanky teenager for ‘3 Idiots’.
But this time he is working hard to bring out a look that will go beyond abs and muscles for his next project ‘Dhoom 3’.
Apparently he needs to undergo a complete change for the film not just by means of weight loss but also body language. The actor plays a gymnast and martial arts expert in the movie.
To look just prefect, he has hired fitness expert Gerald Zarcilla to train him in martial arts and gymnastics.
Aamir said during a recent interaction with a daily "I have to bring down my weight to 60 kgs with just 10 percent body mass. So that`s going to be a task."
He had weighed around 73 kgs in ‘Ghajini’ but he had to shed some weight to look younger in ‘Three Idiots’. But in ‘Dhoom 3’ he will be seen the thinnest to what he has looked since his young days.
A source said to a daily, "For playing a gymnast, your body has to be a lot more flexible and being lighter obviously helps. Aamir will undergo a lot of functional training and free hand exercises for the same."
Well we wish you all the best with your training Aamir!
