Priyanka Chopra set to play item girl in next?

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is a tough one when it comes to choosing her scripts right. The 'Mary Kom' actress surely has an impressive line of movies to her credit. The latest one that we hear about her is that PeeCee will be playing an item girl's role in Madhur Bhandarkar next.

According to a leading daily, the film will showcase the journey depicting how an item girl becomes a strong politician of the country—does it sound familiar (well never mind). The title of the film has not yet been disclosed by the makers.

Reports also suggested that Piggy Chops has apparently asked the director to mellow down the sexual content in the movie. However, the 32-year-old actress was later quoted as saying by the daily that she has not yet seen the final edit of the movie and such reports are baseless.

Priyanka had earlier teamed up with Madhur for the 2008 hit film 'Fashion', which even fetched two National Awards that year. Both Priyanka and Kangana Ranaut bagged the award for 'Best Actress' and 'Best Supporting Actress' categories respectively.
