Los Angeles: Actor Sam Worthington, Ruth Wilson and Sofia Boutella have come on board to star in the science-fiction adventure "The Titan".
The Lennart Ruff-directed movie is based on an original story by Arash Amel, about a military family that is relocated to take part in a ground-breaking experiment about genetic evolution in space, reported Variety.
"The Titan", written by Max Hurwitz, is produced by Brian Kavanaugh-Jones Ben Pugh, Rory Aitken and Amel.
Worthington, best known for playing Jake Sully in "Avatar", will next be seen in "Everest" which opens the Venice Film Festival.
He also stars in "The Shack" with Octavia Spencer and in "Hacksaw Ridge" with Andrew Garfield.
Wilson's TV credits include "The Affair", for which she won a Golden Globe, Idris Elba's "Luther" and the BBC miniseries "Jane Eyre". Boutella starred in "Kingsman: The Secret Service".
