Shraddha Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor in Karan Johar's Hindi remake of ‘OK Kanmani’

The official Hindi remake of Tamil film ‘OK Kanmani’ will star Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, who set the silverscreen ablaze with their sizzling hot chemistry in ‘Aashiqui 2’.

Mumbai: Karan Johar took to Twitter Thursday morning to make a big announcement. He will be producing the Hindi remake of ‘OK Kanmani’ veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s labour of love!

The official remake will star Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, who set the silverscreen ablaze with their sizzling hot chemistry in ‘Aashiqui 2’.

Directed by Shaad Ali, the film will have big names associated with it. Legendary lyricist-composer-director Gulzar and Academy award winning music maestro AR Rahman will be part of this grand venture.

The film originally starred Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen.
