Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Neerja’ rakes in the moolah at the Box Office
Based on India’s brave daughter Neerja Bhanot, Ram Madhvani’s ‘Neerja’ has been appreciated by people across all age groups.
Mumbai: Ram Madhvani’s film ‘Neerja’ based on Pan Am Flight 73 head purser Neerja Bhanot featuring Sonam Kapoor in the titular role, continues to rake in the moolah at the Box Office.
The film which released on February 19, is unstoppable at the Box Office.
The inspiring film has garnered Rs 50 crores at the Box Office since its release.
Noted trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the statistics:

‘Neerja’ has been appreciated by people across all age groups.
Shabana Azmi plays Rama Bhanot (Neerja’s mother) in the film.
Neerja saved lives of over 350 passengers on board the hijacked flight in Karachi. She was honoured with the Ashok Chakra for her bravery and selflessness posthumously by the then government of India and thus went on to become the youngest recipient of the honour.
