Los Angeles: Bond film "Spectre" has earned record-breaking USD 9.2 million on the first full day.

The film became the biggest Tuesday gross of all time in the UK and surpassed the collection of 23rd Bond film "Skyfall's" first day collection.

The film made USD 6.4 million on its opening night, bringing its two-day total to USD 15.6 million, reported Variety.

In the film Daniel Craig is playing James Bond for the fourth time. Sam Mendes has helmed the project, which revolves around Bond's mission to Mexico City. The movie backed by EON Productions, MGM and Sony Pictures will have it's worldwide release on November 6.
