Sushant Singh Rajput inching closer to a ton with ‘M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story’ at BO

After an intense performance as ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ (a film that didn’t do well at the BO) and a cameo in Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’, Sushant Singh Rajput needed a blockbuster in his kitty.

Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput couldn’t have asked for more for sure. The super-talented handsome guy is scoring exceptionally well at the Box Office with his film ‘M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story’ based on Mahendra Singh Dhoni. And he is certainly inching closer to a ton.

After an intense performance as ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ (a film that didn’t do well at the BO) and a cameo in Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’, SSR needed a blockbuster in his kitty. And Dhoni’s helicopter shot is helping him clinch one.

According to popular trade analyst Taran Adarsh, ‘M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story’ is just about Rs 18 crores short of the 100 crore club.

The film that featured the untold stories of Mahi’s struggle from being a commoner to becoming one of the most successful cricketers also stars Anupam Kher, Rajesh Sharma, Kiara Advani and debutante Disha Patani besides ‘Tere Naam’ fame Bhumika Chawla.
