Mumbai: "Club 60", late Farooque Sheikh`s last movie, has completed a run of over 100 days in theatres. Its team got together for a celebration party, says director Sanjay Tripathy. The party was held here Sunday evening.
"The film is still running in PVR Cinemas and Cinemax. We had a small celebration last evening with the star cast of the film. It was a nostalgic evening as we all missed Farooque sir," Tripathy. "He had a major contribution towards this film. We spoke to his wife and she gave us her blessings, but she couldn`t come for some reason," he added. Made on a budget of Rs.6 crore, the film did decent business. "We didn`t make money from this film, but we drew huge satisfaction out of it. People are liking it and praising it a lot. So, that`s a huge achievement for us. I hope with satellite and overseas theatrical release, we will hopefully make much more," Tripathy said. The film features actors like Sarika, Satish Shah and Raghuvir Yadav.
