Los Angeles: The trailer of `The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel`, starring Judi Dench, Maggie Smith and Dev Patel, is set to release on March 6. The Rajasthan-set Fox Searchlight story revolved around a group of British pensioners who move to a retirement hotel in India, which is run by Sonny, played by the `Slumdog Millionaire` star.

The trailer of the John Madden-directed film will see the return of central stars like Dench, Bill Nighy, Penelope Wilton, Smith, and Patel while Richard Gere joins the new member. The trailer opens with colourful shots of Rajasthan, a wedding to the members of the hotel navigating life and love. The original film, adapted from Deborah Moggach`s novel `These Foolish Things`, was a surprise hit at the box office.
