Los Angeles: Writer Mark Bomback, who last wrote `The Wolverine`, has been tapped to polish the script of `Fifty Shades of Grey`.
The movie adaptation on E L James` racy novel is having a troubled start after lead star Charlie Hunnam decided to drop out of the project at the last minute, causing a delay of about a month. Patrick Marber of `Notes on a Scandal` fame previously worked on the script and now Universal and Focus have brought in Bomback, said the Hollywood Reporter. After Hunnam`s departure, Jamie Dornan has been cast to play Christian Grey opposite Dakota Johnson`s Anastasia Steele. Bomback`s specialty has been in action films likes `Total Recall` remake, `Unstoppable`, `Race to Witch Mountain`, and `Live Free or Die Hard`.
