This former girlfriend of Salman Khan has replaced Deepika Padukone in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif who have remained friends even after their breakip will find it easier to translate their off screen equation on the big screen.

Mumbai: There was a strong buzz that Deepika Padukone was being considered by Kabir Khan for his next with Salman Khan. The film titled ‘Tubelight’ could have been Deepika’s first film with the ‘Dabangg’ Khan. But we will have to probably wait longer to see them romance each other on screen.

According to a report in DNA, Kabir has approached his dear friend Katrina for the female lead’s role. Though Kabir denied considering Deepika for the job, rumours suggested that the dimpled hottie opted out of the film as she wanted her portions to be extended. And hence, Kabir, who doesn’t like making changes to his script, decided to take Katrina on board.

And if everything falls in place, we would be able to see Salman and Katrina back on the silverscreen after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.
